Cisco 7942 displays circle with a dot when attempting to upgrade

Working on upgrading a 7942.  I have tried factory resetting the phone and now all I end up with is the Cisco splash screen, and a circle with a dot in the lower left-hand corner of the phone.  It doesn't do anything else...just sits. The image I am attempting to use is: SCCP42.8-3-4SR1S.

Any suggestions would be great!

Do you have CM, CME or whateslse ?

Well that would be a useful piece of information.  It is a CM 7 call environment

Make sure you have all the files, included one term42.default.loads.

Beside that, jusut restart tftp service.
