loadfile: sccp41.8-2-1s
bootload id: 7961g_64-02070631AMD64megRel.bin

i'm running or pointing my tfpt to a floder called cmterm-7941_7961-sip.8-3-1 it has 8 files on it...
Can some one help me or point me to a place where i can get more info.. i'm stuck in here...

I haven't done what you are asking but the firmware you list isn't recognizable to me. Of course, it the right firmware was renamed then that could explain it. Anyway, you may want to verify you have the right firmware.
Cisco has a detailed guide on converting a 7960:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_tech_note09186a0080094584.shtml
Also, the voip.ms wiki has UA configuration information.
http://wiki.voip.ms/article/Cisco_IP_Phone_7940/7960
I didn't find similar docs (with the same level of detail, that is) for the 7961. However, the basic concepts are the same but the interface (i.e. menu structure) is different.
HTH.

Bill

For using Cisco phones with third-party servers, you will find more information on sites like voip-info.org than here.
Otherwise if you want sure and quick results, get a phone from the small business like, Linksys, etc.
