Cisco 8831 Daisy Chain Kit

 Dear colleagues,

We ordered the CP-8831-DC-K9= (Optional Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 Daisy Chain Kit for North America - Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 Base Unit.)

Can we use this base unit as a primary conference phone if we also order the CP-8831-DCU-S= for it (Spare Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 Display Control Unit (DCU)) or not?

You'll need two base 8831's, one daisy-chain kit and one dial-pad.  The one-dial pad controls both base stations.

you should also look into the wireless microphone kit that pairs with the 8831 .... you can have two 8831's daisy-chained and the wireless kit.

No no no... At the moment we only have "daisy chain kit base unit" (CP-8831-DC-K9=) and want to know whether this unit will work as a primary conference station, if we will buy a "spare display control unit"  (CP-8831-DCU-S=) for it?

Are there a DCU and Network ports on CP-8831-DC-K9= ?

P.S. conference station has already been ordered but not yet delivered.
