CISCO 8841 will not come on line

My phone will not completely register or update. The screen is blue and say registering.

Hi,

There are some paremeter to check.

Is your phone receiving networking info from a DHCP Server.

If yes, is the DNS Serfer info included?

I also suggest to check LAN Interface configuration on the switch you are connecting your phone.
