Cisco 8851-3PCC cannot power on CP-BEKEM

Our customer have Cisco switch 2960X-48FPD-L, they have buy Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 and CP-BEKEM. They want use Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 and CP-BEKEM on Asterisk IP PBX environment

When our customer connected Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 to 2960X-48FPD-L, it can power on Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9.

They have a problem when connect Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 and 1 CP-BEKEM to Cisco switch 2960X-48FPD-L. The problem are on Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 display has message "The phone cannot power this accessories" (CP-BEKEM cannot power on)

What cause Cisco CP-8851-3PCC-K9 cannot power on CP-BEKEM and how to solve it?

Did you ever get this fixed?  I have the same issue.

Likely the switch cannot provide sufficient power on the port to power both the phone and the expansion module. What power rating does the switch have?

I figured it out.  In the 3PCC GUI, the USB was turned off.  It's got a
weird set up.  It says Disable USB and that's Yes by default, so you
have to change it to no.  Thanks!
