Cisco 8861-3PCC Call transfer dropping connection

We have a Cisco 8861 3PCC and we are using a 3rd party operator (Messagenet).

My problem is when I try to call from a phone(1) the 8861(2) and then try to transfer the call to another number(3). I can establish the connection to the number(3) I want to transfer it to, but when I push the transfer button again then the connection drops to the destination(3).

Forward all isn't possible either.

Is there a setting in the CP-8861-3PCC Configuration Utility that I am missing or is this a problem with the 3rd party operator?

Can anyone help me please?

Thank you

You should engage your provider messaganet. Their platform is responsible for call control and issues like this needs the be investigated by them.

FYI.. These are the only platforms supported by the multi platform software running on your phone..Screenshot_20200615-082726.jpg

What does the SIP messaging say? You can do a packet capture on the phone and see the response from the server.
