Greetings,
I have some Cisco 8865 phones registered on a CUCM 14.0 and I was wondering if there is a way to use the feature/session buttons in the right-hand side of the screen as Speed Dial Buttons.
When I use the "Modify Button Items" menu, the keys that i can modify as Speed Dial are the ones in the left-hand side of the screen.
I cannot modify the keys of the right-hand side.
By default the upper 2 are used as calling/called history/missed calls.
Does anyone know if there is any way to use the remaining 3 as Speed Dial?

For what it’s worth it’s quite interesting that you have CM 14.5 as there is no such version. FYI From version 14 and forward Cisco has dropped the .5 version and only releases a base version and then SU releases.

Worked for some time with a CM 12.5, and then upgraded to 14.0.
My post "got lost" somewhere in the middle.
You are right, the version i'm working on is 14.0
I corrected the original post.
Thanks
