Good, I hope you help me, I have a problem with cisco agents,
usually just logout, only alone, why could that be?
El problema que tengo es que lsos agentes que tengo se leugo de loguearse automaticamente despue de un sierto tiempo suelen desloguearse solo, por que seria eso?

Is your network connectivity okay? Are you using cisco agent desktop/uccx or are is it just the ip phones actually unregistering?

yes, my connectivity is all okay, i´m using agent desktop/uccx.

Your CAD logs out automatically.
Is this issue with the single CAD or with multiple CAD?
Can you see any error message when the Agent desktop application logs out. If possible take a screenshot of the exact error and post it.
Also collect the Agent log from C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\log and post it here. (Someone really familiar with logs can asist you)

Hi Fredy,
You can check the historical reports about the agent states, so there you can find the reason code for the logout. Also check in Desktop Administrator if there is a workflow that makes the agents to logout for an specific hour and specific days.
