There are 3 analog phones connected in three lifts i.e. one analog phone in each lift coming from IT server room(Siemens PBX) and we would be removing the Siemens PBX and connect an ATA 191 for analog phones connectivity. I wanted to know whether there will any communication issue or any other problem as about how far an analog device could be controlled from ATA 191 with cable length is around 300metres from IT server room to the lifts i.e. between ATA and analog phones in the lifts.
Thanks.

The data sheet shows the maximum load at 3 REN , and there's an older community post here which describes what you want
It appears to refer to this:
Which is listening a table of loop length to REN I guess based on the loop current. It also suggests under it that you try it and see if it works. 1000 feet doesn't seem to be excessive, and I've not encountered many analog phone devices which had a problem, though some older microprocessor designs were sensitive, only discovered after testing.
