Cisco Attendant Console 10 second Dead air after MOH

Hi

We are currently facing a problem with our attendant console running version 11 connecting to CUCM version 11. Every time a call comes in MOH plays which is expected but after a few seconds there is always a 10 second pause of total dead air before the call is being picked up by the receptionist. The same observation was made during after hours wherein calls that come in would hear MOH and after that there will be a 10 second dead air before callers hear the after hour message from unity. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Has it been working like this since it was installed? First try to isolate if this is affecting external calls only or all calls by calling from an IP phone registered to cucm in the same site as CUAC. Such an issue would require detailed call manager service traces to start with to see if the signaling is fine and there are no signaling delays in notifying the receptionist about the call.
