A user would like calls coming in to the attendant console forwarded to an extension when she is not logged into the console or when away from the desk. Can this be done by enabling the call forward features on the directory number? The documentation seems to suggest that this is not supported. Could someone help clarify?
Assuming CUxAC products: No. You would need to pre-define the overflow destinations within the /webadmin UI for that DDI. Once that's done the operator could either logout (no operators overflow) or set the emergency mode (emergency overflow) and the calls would be redirected.
