Dear All,
We have two Cisco BE 6000 servers (C220M3). On which we have CUCM, IMP, and CUC. All are 10.5.x version. We need to upgrade the whole solutions:
1) Upgrade the existing ESXi5.5 to the Latest 6.7.
2) CUCM 10.5.X to 12.5.x
3) IMP 10.5.x to 12.5.x
4) CUC 10.5.x to 12.5.x
I have the following concerns:
1) Does Vmware Esxi 6.7 Supported on our BE 6000 servers (UCS C220 M3)
2) Can I upgrade the ESXi 5.5 to 6.7?
3) How can I get the license for ESXi once the upgrade is done?

You need to review VMware's documentation for 1 and 2, the HCL and the upgrade matrix for ESXi.

Hi Abdul,
You also need to consider that Cisco has announced End of life for BE 6000 servers (C220M3) for medium and high density servers.
