Does anyone has solution for Visual Voice mail on 8861 phone? I found this info-
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/%20CSCuq94508
but I am not sure what is this means-' it is required to create additional service and subscribe it to the phone instead of Visual Voicemail service used on other phones.'....what additional service and where? Thanks

Thanks Jamie...I have been reading different docs out there and trying to understand this issue. My understanding is- there is no way 8861 will work with a service where category is configured as JAVA MIDlet!!! I need to create another phone service 'XML Service' for this model to work!!!! Am I going to right direction?

Yes, if you review the regular instructions of VVM, they do tell you to create a Java Midlet option, if you review the link I sent you, it tells you to create it as an XML service.

-->Service Type: Messages
-->Service Vendor: Cisco
-->Enable: yes
++Select Save
++Parameter Name: voicemail_server
++Parameter Display Name: Voicemail Server
++Default value: hostname or IP address of primary CUC server
++Parameter Description: Hostname of voicemail server
++Parameter Name: call_connect_delay
++Parameter Display Name: Call Connect Delay
++Default value: 1000
++Parameter Description: Default Call Connect Display
++Parameter Name: log_level
++Parameter Display Name: Log Level
++Default value: info
++Parameter Description: level of logging
++Select Device-->Phone
++Search for the phone in the Find and List Phone window
++Select the phone
++Select Subscriber/Unsubscribe Services from Related Links, then select Go
++Select the Visual Voicemail service from the Select a Service dialog box
++Select Next
++Select Subscribe
