Cisco Call Manager Implementation

Hi All !

I am a IPT  Engineer, with 1 year of work experience of Cisco TAC, have recently joined an enterprise where i have been asked to Implement the IP telephony on site ( implementation ) at Frankfurt . Although  i have more than hands on knoweldge with the technology over the past 14 months, implementation is something i have never been into.

So being a begineer of sorts, kindly wanted to know, what are the online study materials and videos/simulations from cisco that i should follow, so that i can carry out the implentation with the best practices clearly behind me

It will point you to the SRND, all the design guides, implementation guides, and configuration/troubleshooting guides for CM 8.5

I cannot speak to 8.6 because it is new and I've not used it.

8.5 is a stable platform.

Also, 8.5 runs in a VM, so familarize yourself with VM Ware and the Unified Communications server platform as well.
