Bulk Administration > Phones > Update phones > Query

But it does not display option Minimum Ring Volume (nor Product Specific Configuration Layout)

That setting is not possible to modify with the BAT query option. You need to use the export/import BAT option and modify the CSV file in the TAR file to change this.
