Hello all,
I have a Cisco Unified CM 6.1.2 running on CISCO MCS7800. Now it is not booting up. Unable to get login page.
I am getting error as shown in the snapshot.
Can somebody guide on what to do for recovery.

Was your server configured for DHCP? That is unusual.
If you connect a laptop to the switch port that the server is connected to, does the laptop get valid IP address and network connectivity?

No it was having static IP.
Now it is not even detecting the hard disk.

Sounds like it's dying - do you have support for the hardware?
Do you have a DRF backup?

No Backup. Can we do a fresh install of CUCM on the hard drive.
What is the procedure for that ? I have an MCS 7800.

Install is easy if you know what you are doing - I.e. you have experience with CUCM.
If you do not, then it's more difficult as you will need to design/deploy a dial plan, as well as all user, hunt, and other configurations from scratch based on your site knowledge.
I'd suggest you find a good Cisco UC engineer, and someone on site that knows your deployment.
Do you have Subscriber servers that are still active?
