Cisco CME IP Phone Time issue

Hello Everyone, 

I am currently having an issue with regards to changing the time on our CME. 

I do the following, get into the voice register global, set the timezone to 17, then 'create profile'. then i get the following errors. 

%Error deleting flash:/its/jabber-config.xml (No such file or directory)
%Error deleting flash:/its/SEPAAAABBBBCCCC.cnf.xml (No such file or directory)

Any ideas how to get around this?

For time issue use below

voice register global

timezone 17

time-format 24

date-format D/M/Y

Then issue create profile. 

you can ignore the below 

%Error deleting flash:/its/jabber-config.xml (No such file or directory)
%Error deleting flash:/its/SEPAAAABBBBCCCC.cnf.xml (No such file or directory)

Thanks for your reply, i tried your solution and 

Now i am getting this error

(config-register-global)#restart
No contact info available for pool 3.
No contact info available for pool 5.
No contact info available for pool 24.
No contact info available for pool 27

 

Still no change to the times on the IP phones, what am i missing here..haha

Can you post your voice register global config, one of the pools mentioned above, and the NTP/time config on the host router? You are right that there is something missing, but it's hard to tell without more information.
