Cisco CME SIP phones cannot see calling number after capture the call

Hi,

 

Im configuring a cisco cme for a customer, and hi noted that when i capture a call from another phone, i only see the number of the pickup group, and we need to see the calling number. Im calling from the PSTN.

 

Can someone helps?
