Cisco cp 7821 to Mitel

Hi All,

I have cisco cp 7821 with sip version sip78xx.10-3-1-12. im trying to register the ip phone to mitel system but it will not registered. May  i ask for your help/recommendation about this case. Thank you very much

Thanks for your prompt response.see attached file. sorry but im newbie about the cisco ip phone.I changed the firmware version using tftp.

Okay. This is not an MPP variant. I will let someone else check if it's possible and how to do it.

You may need to convert the phone firmware from Enterprise to 3PCC/MPP via Cisco Cloud Upgrader.

Ip phone already upgraded to 12-5-1SR2-2 but i have problem in getting the migration license files.
