Cisco cp-8821 phone hunt group feature compatible.

Hello Community,

I am trying to confirm if the Cisco cp-8821 phone is compatible for hunt group feature. Checked the product features, admin guidelines and no confirmation.

Any cisco referenced documents would be appreciated.

Hunt groups inherently do not require specific compatibility considerations. Essentially, they serve as a mechanism for directing incoming calls to designated phones when the pilot number is dialed.

Or more specifically it actually direct calls to a directory number, that is then assigned to a device. Which device model this is not related to the function of the hunt pilot functionality. The outlier of this is when Mobile Connect functionality is in play as that has some specific characteristics that needs to be considered.

As long as reception of incoming call is concerned, all phone should be supported.
Do you need HLog softkey or other features?
