Cisco CUCM 9.1upgrade hardware setup Error

Hi guys,

I upgrade from 9.1.1.20000-5 to 9.1.1.20000-28.

But system show upgrade fail.

Then I reboot Cucm and see the picture.

I reboot Cucm can see the picture. I must select Continue to boot cucm.

How I can resolve this issue?

Was CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5  working fine before upgrading ?

What is the exact Hardware u are using MCS or VM ?

1.Yes, Cucm is working.

2.I use MCS-7825-I5.

Hi Wen,

One more info: Just wanted to know whether CUCM 9.1.1.20000-5 is working fine on 7825-I5  or  are you doing fresh installation on 7825-I5 server by using bootable of 9.1.1.20000-5,restoring backup  and then, upgrading further to 9.1.1.20000-8.

Please note issue was resolved by installing VM Tools on CUCM. My issue was with 10.5.
