We recently installed a few CP-8845 phones with Sennheiser Bluetooth headsets. At first everything seemed to worked flawlessly however one particular feature doesn't seems to work.
When you warm-transfer a call the headset completely falls to silence. You can complete the transfer at this point without problem though.
What we have tried:
- Different model phone (9971 for example) - no problem, warm transfer works normal
- Different headset (cheap Logitec) - no problem, works on all phones including the 8845
- Firmware update of the 8845 - no change
- Firmware update of the Sennheiser - no change
Conclusion: There is a compatibility issue between the 8845 (possible the whole 88xx series) and the Sennheiser MB Pro 2.
