Cisco FXO card issue..

Dear Cisco Team and All,

I am confused because each telephone line is working fine on single direct telephone.but i am installing 4-Four lines on VIC card  but unfortunately its not working,  so after that all line is not working...i am getting ringing tone just...

Hi,

Can you please share the config for this FXO and the show inventory?

what protocol you are using for this FXO, MGCP, SIP, H.323?

What is the IOS version and the platform you are using?

So, seems that you have a 4 port FXO card, and you are connecting 4 POTS lines, for incoming and outgoing calls from your IP Phones, correct?

Also, you say that these are not working, and seems you are getting a ringing tone, is that for outside calls? And what happens after you get the ringing tone?
