Hi,
I just got my Cisco headset 730 and I have issues with the volume. My volume for the headset and the device connected to is all the way cranked up, but I can barely hear. I called tech support but they don't manage this device. Any help will be appreciated.

Dear @vikrathn,
Considering that you are Cisco Employee, would it be possible to request for an RMA? Most probably this will initiate the official procedure of checking if the device is defective.

Thanks, George for your help. I haven't done this before, but is there documentation for opening an RMA by Cisco employees?
