Cisco IP Communicator Blank Screen

Hi Friends,

We are running Cisco IP Communicator v2.X but the issue is we are getting Blank screen.

The operating system is windows XP...

Could you please let me konw if any faced the issue before.. Your answer is much appriciated...

Are you using cucm or cme? What version? Is it defined with proper tftp ip address?

what is the connectivity between pc and server. Is there any vlan, check the tftp service in server is active,

also check auto registration is enable or not. check all the java plug-ins in pc was installed or not.

We are running CUCM 8.5 version and the IP communicator version is 7.0.4.0 with win 7 OS.

Reinstall the cipc was solved our same problem.
