Cisco IP Phone 7942 Voice Mail Password Reset

I use a Cisco IP Phone 7942 telephone and I can't seem to reset my voicemail password.  Can someone help?  I don't use a computer to retrieve my voicemail; just the phone.  Thank you.

I assume you are an end user.If you forgot the pin, contact your system administrator and he can do the reset  for you.

The reset of the voice mail PIN can be done from the admin webUI by a system administrator.
