Hi
The Cisco 7970 phone does not have incoming or outgoing call history.
in the same building 7942 phone has incoming and outgoing numbers.
The boot load ID of the 7970 is 7970_64060118.bin and the load file is SCCP70.9-4-2SR1-1S.
The same symptom occurs when rebooting the 7970.
What is the problem?

Hi there
Could be a firmware issue. The option could be playing around with multiple firmware. Try upgrade/downgrade.

Maybe its worth trying to upgrade to a newer firmware version for example cmterm-7970_7971-sccp.9-4-2SR3-1
