I am having trouble with automatically transferring calls to another extension. Our company has a service line (9903) that used to go to an Head Office. Now we would like to have calls on 9903 transfer over to our Admin Office (9906) or Other Extension during normal business hours and after hours, direct voicemails to a service mailbox.
We are running of Cisco IP Phone (7975) and my Router 2800 series. Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thank you all very much for the time. Have a great day!

You can use Unity connection for this. You are not the first with this requirement, so you check out old posts asking the same question.

You mention your router. Are you using CUCM Express on the 2800? If so, the feature you want to look into is Night Service
