Cisco IP Phone Display Hide Phone Information

Is there any way to hide the Phone information in Cisco IP Phone display.

1. IP address

2.MAC Address

3. Model Number

But you can lock the admin settings (check the forum, how to do that. This has been discussed many times).

Yes. On the phone settings in CUCM go to the section at the bottom where the hardware is controlled. You will find a listing for Settings.

Set the drop-down to Restricted. This will allow the user to customize the phone for things like ringtone and contrast but hide all administrative information.
