Cisco IP Phone Tutorials (the customizable ones)

Hi there.

I'm trying to customize the IP phone training videos available from Cisco here. 

While I'm able to edit the configuration files I cannot get the index.html to load properly in any browser. This really seems like it should be easy so I don't really understand what I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

I realize this is all a little off the UC topic.

Seems to be an issue with course.swf. The HTML page displays correctly, its the embedded course.swf file that will not work (tried several browsers, cleared cache, etc). Let me know if you've seen this before. Cheers.

I know this is an old topic, but does anyone know where we can still download the tutorial ZIP to run on a local webserver? These tutorials were fantastic and its a shame they are no longer available.
