Hello,
Can the Cisco IP phones 8851 NR and 8865 NR be integrated/programmed within the Avaya session manager application? If so, what are the steps or do you have any documentation to follow? Thanks

Hi,
only MPP Cisco phones can be used with 3rd party PBX's.
Check the label on the back of the phone, it has to have "-3PCC" next to the type, if a remember correctly.
For how to integrate them with Avaya, better check for docs on the Avaya side.
