Cisco IPT Phones lagging when making calls

Hi All,

Anyone has ever experienced this before?


When making a call, it is successfully connected but it waited 2-3secs before the voice can be heard.. can be connected to the party at the remote side.

Any things I need to check on the Cisco IPT phones? Ave Jitter 24 ,and 1.. when troubleshooting the phones by pressing "?" twice.

Hello,

I experienced the same but it was ok with the customer since the cluster is in other country and the bandwidth was not high .

After the 2-3 seconds the timer refreshs right ? and then call proceed normaly right ?


I think this is normal if the bandwidth is not very high , in our customer side the ping between the two cluster was like more than 1000 ms
