Hi Everyone,
Can anyone provide the step by step help for cisco jabber for windows configuration , i am currently having CUCM 8.6.2
and CUPS 8.6.4 and have already tried to configure it via the help of various video tutorial and also via Set UP 8.6 On-Premises Environment
but not able to make it working, if any one can help me for this that will be really appreciated.

Hello the in configuration CUCM/CUPS is similar to CUPC 8.X

•Associating Users with Softphone Devices
•Associating a New Device with a User

Hi Leonardo,
Thanks for replying so quick, i have already made the configuration in the same pattern with
i cant make calls from jabber client 9.0.5 intergrated with CUPS 8.6.4.
When i click a contact it allow me to chat only and i dont see a call button.
Also to add a contact i need to send a IM first, the contact serch option not showing other users.

The user is associate with the device?
You use Extension Mobility?

Yes i have created 4 users and all of them are associated with 4 different Phones,
I am currently not using the Extesion Mobility.

Each user are associated with the correct device?
The directory number is associated with the end user?
The end user is associated with te correct user groups?
