Hi All,
We have implemented the SSO using the Microsoft ADFS in our cluster and some users have reported the below issue:
After login with their windows credentials they are getting following error message:
Invalid Status code in Response. this may be caused by a configuration error in the IDP. Please check the IDP logs and configuration.
Could anyone please suggest on this?
Thanks In Advance!

Also found that it can happen when the Permissions Information is not set correctly for the end user in CUCM.

Maybe your company is using multiple VPN. Reset users Jabber account in CUCM & the Presence server and then we
Disconnect user from VPN and sign into Jabber through the MRA Expressway server. ADFS will prompted him for credentials ,enter that.
Then we reconnected to the VPN and fired up Jabber again and it will come right up.

I have seen this issue a number of times (Jabber 12.9.1 and CUCM 11.5 with SSO). Including two users today.
Each time a PC reboot has fixed issue. Each time it appears that users may have received recent Windows system updates.
