Can anyone confirm is it possible to configure a phone to not require a login? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.d

Hi,
Your question is very vague. Please be try to be specific. If you are refering to a general IP phone, then you dont require a login. there are multiple ways to provision a phone into an ACD system depends on the system in use?
Can we know what is your current setup and what kind of phones that you require to configure?
In Cisco call manager world, only the softphones, Extension mobility and phones over MRA require login credential. Again, you can onboard a physical phone (MRA/non mra) using activation code.
