Hi Dear Friends

is it possible with software key on CUCM create icon on phone for call farward. exc: when i exit from office i want click icon on phone and all calls forward number 4555 and when

there is fwd All on Cisco 7821 . but i want to configure only click 1 time forward  4555 number.and when return 1 time click delete forward

No this is not possible. What you best can achieve is to have a speed dial defined with the number that you'd like to CFA to and then use the Fwd All button in combination with this SD to turn CFA on, then when you'd want to turn it off you'll only press the Fwd All button again.

The only option is the one which   @Roger Kallberg  mentioned.

you can also try the no answer forward so if you don’t pickup the call based on configured no Nader timer  it can be forwarded to desired extension.

Forward no answer can be configured  from  self care portal or can be configured by the admin.
