Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service Restarting.

Hi Guys,

The SOAP CDRonDemand Service keeps restarting every 10 min in the CM publisher.

It runs a 8.x CM version.

Couldn't find any Core dumps on the server. Please help me out.

Have you restarted the "CDR Repository Manager" and the "Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand" service? If so, have you attempted restarting the CUCM Pub?

Is there a specific reason you want to have the CDR Repo Mngr restarted.

I have this problem as well.  I have restarted all services and rebooted the publisher to no avail.

Hi there.  were you able to find a fix for this?  i am running into the same things after we upgraded to 10.5.1

I have tried rebooting the servers.  the services and turning the flag off for cdr in service parameters
