The Cisco Supervisor application "shakes" the list of agents list when user is logged in to the Agent.
It used to do that only when he was on the phone, but now it does it all the time when he is logged in to the Agent.

If he makes or receives a phone call it “shakes” while he is on the call. It stops immediately when he hangs up.
