Cisco TAC support for UC540

Is cisco UC540 is supported by TAC ? Any TAC support available for UC540W-FXO-K9

In TAC I can see UC520 but not sure TAC support UC540.

Pls. clarify.

UC500 has support from either small business organization, or Cisco Enterprise TAC with smartnet contract.

Can we open the TAC case for UC540 same as normal TAC case we open for Cisco Router/Firewall?

Or it is separate procedure?

I have UC540 and running 12.4, SPA525G2 phones are not supported in this.

I want to upgrade to UC540-8.6.0.zip, I have already downloaded the file.(upgrade from 12.4 to 15.1.4M4)

Can anyone suggest how to upgrade UC540 and is there any upgrade license required for upgradation?

254464K Flash memory is sufficient for upgrade ?

Also phone has version 7.4.8, will it upgrade new firmware after upgradation directly.

Pls. provide me suggestion and feedback.
