Cisco telephone network using data cables only

is it possible to have a cisco telephones network using data cables only

as the work place has no telephone wire network 

Note: the current cisco switch is 3850

Not sure we understand the question, you like to use cat 5 or cat 6 cable for telephone ?

The connection on a phone is just a regular network port. Nothing special.

Connect the network cable from the wall/floor socket  to phone and from phone to PC. configure Cisco  3850 port with proper data and voice vlans.
