Please find my questions below. We have a customer who wants to have a professional Video System. We have today 2 Location with a 20Mbps WAN QoS connection. They want to P2P conferencing. Please Find drawing inside. 1. Can we connect 2 Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Sets? 2. Do we need additional hardware (like a Callmanager (none is actual installed or planned)). 3. If be buy the SX20 with license for Single Monitor can we upgrade to multi monitor. 4. If be buy the SX20 with License for Single point can we upgrade to Multi point and do we need then to have a Callmanager or other device. 5. If in the future we want to use Telepresence WebEx can we do this with this setup? Many thanks for your reply //Phil

1) Yes you can and dial by IP
2) It is always recommended to have a cental gatekeeper of course with 2 end points you may not see the value but if you plan to scale, add phone end points, Jabber, want to look at CAC, URL dialing, MCU registration then highly recommended for a central registration server like VCS or CUCM
3) You mean DD license, then yes you can add it later
4) SX20 has built in Multi site that can be activated by a MS license and should have no dependancy on CCM
5) yes the SX20 is a supported device to register to the cloud
Thanks
