Cisco Unified IP Phone CP-7962G

I Have a cisco CP-7962G but I am not able to register this phone to a SIP account Please help me. I Have upgraded the firmware to SIP firmware and created a SEP{MAC Address}.cnf.xml file for configuration but my phone is stuck on Registering.  Thanks in advance

Which version of CUCM are you using? (And be aware that there is - to my knowledge - no firmware version for this phone that allows it to register to a 3rd-party PBX.)

What do the Status messages say is the step it is stuck on? (Settings > Status > Status Messages)
