I'm having an issue with Unity 7.0 .
Whenever I click on a call handler to play or record greetings , it asks me if I wanted to install "ActiveX Control" when I click yes , it gives a security warning and prevents me to play or record messages on Unity.
Is there a system requirement for Java and/ or security certificates?
Please see both screenshots attached.
Thank you
Saima

Do you have strict security settings? You will need to run active x and JAVA. Try to add the Cisco Unity site to your Trusted Sites on IE.

Hi Saima
Can you go to your browser if you use IE and follow the following :-
On web browser menu click "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".
In the "Internet Options" window select the "Security" tab.
On the "Security" tab click on the "Custom level..." button.
When the "Security Settings - Internet Zone" dialog window opens, look for the "Scripting" section.
In the "Active Scripting" item select "Enable". In Javascript select enable
When the "Warning!" window pops out asking "Are you sure you want to change the settings for this zone?" select "Yes".
In the "Internet Options" window click on the "OK" button to close it.
Click on the "Refresh" button of the web browser to refresh the page.
Thanks
