Cisco Unity Auto attendant Recording

We are having an issue after we upload the WAV file to the call handler. 

When you call the number from an outside line (like a cell) the file plays fine, but when called from another voip line it plays crazy. 

Can anyone please help. We are running Unity Version 11.5.1.12900-21

Since CUC transcodes audio on the fly, I find that pretty odd. Maybe you are reaching two different areas of the system, when you call from OffNet vs OnNet? Can you confirm that you are hitting the exact same spot through RTMT or logs?

Also, which codec is used on the call flow from the outside, vs the call flow internally? Is there even a difference? Is there a media resource being invoked? Perhaps you have a bad PVDM?

How did you record the audio?
