Hi Everyone,
I'm Currently Using Cisco Unity Connection version 10.5. I notice the "To" Field is using email address.
"Please see Attachment 1"
However when we are using Cisco Unity Connection version 8.6 it using the Display name of the user.
"Please see Attachment 2"
I would like to know how can I configure Cisco Unity Connection version 10.5 to use the Display name of the User on the "To"Field.
Appreciate your Feedback
Thank you

I am assuming the back end mail store is Exchange. I am aware of two way to solve this. The way I typically use is that you add the SMTP address from Unity Connection (user1@unityserver.company.com) to the AD account as an alternate e-mail address. You can also change the domain of the Unity Connection server to match your internal domain assuming that user names are the same in both places. The latter option can cause problems if you ever want to send mail out of Unity Connection to your normal domain. For the reason, I prefer the former option although it does require a little more work.

It is hard to say without knowing a little more about your environment. Is this a UM integration? How is the MUA getting the messages, are they forwarded to your primary mail store or does the client make a direct IMAP connection to the Unity Connection server? What is the your primary mail store?
