Cisco Unity Connection helpdesk Role

Hi everyone, 

Can you please help me with the following on Unity 10.5? 

I'm trying to give access to the following options to a HelpDesk user : 

- Search user

- Import users

- Sync users with LDAP (LDAP Directory Configuration)

I'm able to have the search user and Sync users with the roles Technician and HelpDesk Administrator but import users. 

import users is just allowed for the role "User Administrator", but this role gives a ton of access that helpDesk team won't need. 

can you please address me how to target this need. 

I know that in Unity 11+ this is possible in easiest way.

Unless you run CUC 11.5 or above, you're limited to the canned roles that are available, there is no workaround besides upgrading

Thanks Jaime, I read you about this in another post, I which to have something programmable path to target that task.
