Hello,
I have got the below request from a customer:
When an external caller calls an extension and goes to voicemail CUC takes a message and sends an email notification to the user (SIB enabled).
The sender name/address is - Cisco Unity Connection Messaging System [unityconnection@<domain_name>] since the caller is unknown.
Can this sender name/address be customised to a customer requested value? eg. <Customer_Name_Voicemail>[Customer_name@domain_name]
Also, is there a way to customise the Message field?
Please assist.
Thanks.

Hello,
You are able to customize the subject line of a voice message, but not in the way you are hoping. You are pretty limited to what you can accomplish for external callers.
