Cisco Unity Express Voice Mail License Issue

I have installed a 5 voice mailbox license for Cisco Unity Express. Why would it show that all 5 license are being used when I only have one voicemail box setup. From what I recall It showed this immediately after I installed the license and has always shown this.

This looks normal, you can use "show license in-use" command once you start creating mailboxes.
