Hi All
I have an issue going on in my environment where in users report that whenever from inside the cluster or internal user leave a message they hear that Mailbox is full, but when some external caller leaves a message there is no such problem.
Could someone please help me in finding out this issue and how we can resolve it?
Regards

Hi Rohit,
Refer to the below snippet:
Quotas are not enforced for messages left by outside callers if the “Full Mailbox Check for Outside Caller Messages” check box is not checked. This check box appears on the System Settings > Advanced > Conversations page.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/8x/administration/guide/8xcucsagx/8xcucsag190.html
1. Is this happening for a particular user or a group of users?
2. What is the message aging policy?
System Settings and click Message Aging Policy
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/2x/administration/guide/2xcucsag190.html
3. What is the current disk usage?
Check from the output of show status & show hardware
4. Also, can you configure one user for PCA with web authentication password and ask him to delete some old messages to see if it helps? Below is the PCA URL:
https://10.106.117.133/ciscopca
5. Make sure the deleted folder is empty. Refer to the below discussion:
