I have a VG224 that has been working with no issues whatsoever, but now the devices on the Call Manager are showing as unregistered, after logging onto the VG via console cable shows the VG freezing at the same point constantly (See attached log) just before it freezes the devices register for a couple of seconds then become unregistered. HELP!!

Hello Neville,
Did you check if your VG is with high cpu utilization?
Use the show processes cpu to check this.
Any changes on the VG like ios upgrade?

Hi
I cant input any commands to the VG, It freezes on the point of load in the attached doc. No changes made to the VG's at all, only powering on and off with power tests as it is located in a new build.

Take a look on this doc.
You might facing and software error, or a console fault or worst a VG fault.
Do you have an valid support contract?

Got to the bottom of it, the Compact Flash Memory Card is faulty.

Do you have logs sent to syslog server? This might be helpful

Do you see any crashinfo file getting or traceback . can you please post the same.
